In as briefest terms as possible: My husband got a full set of the "premium" dentures 2 years ago - GREAT fit.This summer (2017) the top plate broke right in half while he was eating breakfast (scrambled eggs & biscuits!).
Since then, trying to get anything repaired has been a nightmare. If you call them you are routed to a Call Center. They TELL you they will have someone call you back but over the past 6 months no one has EVER called back. When he went (3x in past week, 90-mile drive one way) he was told EVERY TIME that he had come on the wrong day.
Finally yesterday he said he wanted an appt card with date & time on it - which they gave him - and when he showed up there AGAIN this morning they said, Oh no, your appt is NEXT week! EVEN WITH HIM HOLDING THEIR APPT CARD! So far, he's been sitting there waiting (just today) for over 3 hours & nothing. And he still has to drive 90 miles back home AGAIN.
This is the worst customer service I've ever seen.
I used them back in 2005 for a denture & never had a problem, so apparently they have gone WAY downhill.Save your sanity; don't go here.
