In as briefest terms as possible: My husband got a full set of the "premium" dentures 2 years ago - GREAT fit. This summer (2017) the top plate broke right in half while he was eating breakfast (scrambled eggs & biscuits!).

Since then, trying to get anything repaired has been a nightmare. If you call them you are routed to a Call Center. They TELL you they will have someone call you back but over the past 6 months no one has EVER called back. When he went (3x in past week, 90-mile drive one way) he was told EVERY TIME that he had come on the wrong day.

Finally yesterday he said he wanted an appt card with date & time on it - which they gave him - and when he showed up there AGAIN this morning they said, Oh no, your appt is NEXT week! EVEN WITH HIM HOLDING THEIR APPT CARD! So far, he's been sitting there waiting (just today) for over 3 hours & nothing. And he still has to drive 90 miles back home AGAIN.

This is the worst customer service I've ever seen.

I used them back in 2005 for a denture & never had a problem, so apparently they have gone WAY downhill.Save your sanity; don't go here.

Review about: Affordable Dentures Dentures.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Denture fit - very good.

I didn't like: Broken dentures within 2 years, Runaround by office staff, Incompetence of office staff, Inability to contact lubbock office directly.

Ridiculous. There has to be more to this.

"fool me once, shame on you fool me twice, shame on me"! And he went 3 times?

There are ways to get your own way in cases like this. And honey catches more flies than vinegar.

Usually dentures usually don't break unless they need a reline.Instead of just mending the crack, you should consider relining the denture, which will add strength.

Funny that your husband drove so far to do a simple, inexpensive procedure that most dentists do.

I fix broken denture bases for about $180 in one day.

How much time and gas money did your husband waste driving 90 miles one way?!?!

Lots of individual dentists make dentures, and do it better than this sleazy corporate chain. Why you had your husband drive that far is beyond my comprehension.

Well, because that's the closest Affordable Dentures office and when you get the premium or ultra or whatever it is called (the "top of the line") you are supposed to get a 10 Year warranty - which means a repair or a reline should cost nothing.

Additionally, we live in a very small town in West Texas. There is only 1 regular dentist in town and you have to wait months to get in to see him.
